Club Indemnity

Terms, Conditions & Indemnity:

Membership at Glendower Golf Club is a privilege extended only to those who meet the Club’s rigorous standards and uphold its reputation for prestige and exclusivity. Accordingly, the Club reserves the absolute and unfettered right to approve or decline any membership application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such a decision. Successful applicants will, upon acceptance, be deemed to have entered a mutually respectful relationship with the Club and its community of members. By accepting membership, the applicant undertakes to abide fully by the Constitution, Rules, Regulations, and By-Laws of Glendower Golf Club (“the Club”), as may be amended from time to time, and acknowledges the Club’s authority to enforce compliance.

Furthermore, the applicant acknowledges that Glendower Golf Club is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by the member, their family, or their guests while using the Club’s facilities and, in this regard, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Club, its management, and its employees from any related claims. Upon acceptance of membership, I shall be bound by the constitution and by the Rules, Regulations and Bylaws of the Club. I hereby acknowledge that GGC is not responsible for any loss or injury sustained by me, my family or my guests when using the Club’s facilities and indemnify GGC in respect of any such claims
